Qualifications Required:

Essential:

  • Hold GCSEs in Maths & English (minimum grade C or grade 4).
  • Possess proficient computer skills, including typing, with familiarity in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ideally, have at least 1 year of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Hold a clean and full driver's license.

Desired:

  • Competency in general administration duties, including formatting forms and typing reports and emails.
  • Proven self-starter with a readiness to use initiative and ask questions.
  • Familiarity with IOSH Managing Safely is advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of the services provided by the WE DO Group to clients.

Skills and Experience Desired:

You should be:

  • Exceptionally organised with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in written and oral communication, with confidence in making and receiving phone calls.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Flexible in your approach, able to adapt to changing demands and tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Have some awareness of good practice in Health & Safety management.

Responsibilities:

Your duties will include:

  • Typing and formatting health and safety documentation such as risk assessments and policies.
  • Updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Efficiently managing communication with clients and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proactively managing client accounts and schedules.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as your role evolves, including staying updated on legislative changes and supporting marketing efforts.
