Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children in care? We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Virtual School Head to lead our efforts in ensuring educational excellence for looked-after children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the educational progress of children in care.
  • Collaboration: Work with schools, social workers, and carers to create personalized learning plans.
  • Advocacy: Champion the educational needs of children in care at all levels.
  • Financial: Manage allocation of funding

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in education.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by children in care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
