We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients for the role of a Head of Tax. We represent a top 20 accounting firm with a global reach. The clients strategically located offices serve businesses and individuals, providing a comprehensive range of services.

Main Responsibilities as a Head of Tax

• Collaborating with the Head of Operations to deliver high-quality client services and contribute to departmental development.
• Working alongside other department heads to maintain and enhance service levels.
• Cultivating client relationships, becoming their trusted point of contact, and overseeing client satisfaction.
• Leading team development and exemplifying a positive role model.
• Identifying and delivering value-added services to clients, fostering their prosperity.
• Seizing the opportunity to advance your career within a rapidly growing department.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience in practice
• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Senior-level managerial experience
• A passion for building relationships
• Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH being advantageous
• Proactive approach to tasks, regardless of scale
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment
