Our client is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth in our competitive retail solutions market.

Responsibilities:
 Warehouse Management: strong WMS and SAP knowledge is critical for this role
 Strategic Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
 Procurement Management: Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
 Inventory Optimization: Implement strategies to minimize carrying costs and reduce inventory risks.
 Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast demand accurately.
 Logistics Coordination: Manage transportation and distribution to optimize delivery efficiency.
 Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong supplier relationships to mitigate risks and drive success.
 Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics, identify areas for improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
 Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.
 Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

We are looking for:
You will be a visionary leader with supply chain expertise and strategic thinking capabilities. You possess strong WMS skills, analytical skills, excel in problem-solving, and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively.
