Title: Head of SaaS Operations

Salary: £50 - 60,000 PA + Commission + Bonuses

Location: Remote Working

Job Description: As the Head of SaaS Operations, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the SaaS operations within the group. You will drive the successful implementation and execution of our SaaS products and services, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, sales, marketing, production, project management, and IT, to achieve business goals and deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a roadmap for SaaS operations, aligning it with the overall business objectives and growth targets. Identify expansion and improvement opportunities, evaluate market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SaaS business, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to drive operational excellence. Implement best practices and processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Product Implementation: Coordinate with the product development team to successfully launch new SaaS products and features. Define implementation plans, ensuring timely execution and aligning with customer requirements. Monitor progress and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.

Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) related to SaaS operations,such as uptime, response time, and customer satisfaction. Analyse data and implement strategies to optimise performance, scalability, and reliability.

Customer Success: Collaborate with the project management team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing their specific needs and concerns.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to align SaaS operations with broader business strategies. Provide input on sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging, positioning, and lead generation for SaaS products.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of SaaS operations professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).

• Proven experience in SaaS operations, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
