Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an experienced and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to become the Head of Residential Conveyancing for an expanding firm in Birmingham / Solihull.

The firm are specialist is Residential Conveyancing along with Will Writing, Trusts & Estate Planning and Probate.

The role will involve leading a small but rapidly expanding team of six staff dealing with a full variety of conveyancing matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 years + PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• An understanding of the full range of conveyancing matters
• Ideally experience of dealing with conveyancing work relating to trusts
• Ideally experience of leading a small team.
