Our goal is to help businesses develop and thrive in the West and North Yorkshire region. We offer comprehensive support to businesses of all sizes and sectors, including networking events, seminars, training courses, business advice, and cost-saving services. We also represent the interests of our members with policy makers on various subjects such as transport infrastructure, skills & education, and foreign trade.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Property. As the Head of Property, you will be responsible for overseeing property portfolio owned or managed by West and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, including leading on acquisition and development, management of occupied or let properties, budgeting, and asset management. You will be involved in strategic planning, decision-making, and ensuring the smooth operation of property-related activities within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Property Management, acquisition and development
  • Experience in team management
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Bachelor's degree Property Management, Business, or related field
  • RICS would be beneficial
