Our client is seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to lead their property team. This position has come about due to succession and offers an opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive firm with ample room for career advancement and personal growth.

Located in Hertfordshire with offices across the country, they have proudly served the Hertfordshire community for over five decades. They have local clients across Hertfordshire and London and are looking for someone to manage these relationships as well as help the team grow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Dealing with both Residential & Commercial Property transactions.
  • Be able to conduct their own caseload and supervise those undertaken by colleagues both within the Hertfordshire and across other offices as necessary;
  • Have experience in dealing with CQS and Lexcel as well as overseeing Lender Panel and Land registry requirements;
  • Have an aptitude for networking and business development, be personable and able to handle clients in a highly professional manner.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 and an excellent benefits package is on offer including, a long-term hybrid working model.
