Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site)

Salary: up to £70,000 (DoE)

The Role:

As a Head of Product, your primary responsibility is to ensure successful delivery of new product releases or upgrades, as well as helping to outline impacts any product changes may have on wider business functions. Your day-to-day will see you define technological requirements and build product plans before overseeing the full project cycle, as well as managing in-depth market research and build strong customer relationships to ensure product success. You'll join as a part of the senior management team, helping to define business strategy and facilitate commercial growth.

The Client:

The client is a well-established software development house looking to expand their product team with well-defined internal teams and structures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product focused roles.
• Comfortable reporting and presenting to C-level colleagues.
• Strong technical understanding allowing you to be comfortable in technical and non-technical conversations.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Track record of team and colleague management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable:

• Full UK Driving License and own vehicle.
• Formal product management qualifications.
