About the role Revolut People is an all-in-one performance management platform meticulously crafted to meet the HR, Recruitment, and Performance needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
We're looking for a product leader who'll be the driving force in elevating our people, tools, and processes to unparalleled excellence. As Head of Product, you'll take charge of driving the product strategy and development of Revolut People. It's not just about product management; it's about shaping the future of how our people work, learn, and grow. Your strategic vision will reshape the employee experience, optimize internal processes and propel us towards new heights.

What you'll be doing
  • Crafting the strategic vision for our internal tools, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience and optimizing internal processes
  • Leading a cross-functional team of product owners, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Taking complete ownership of the product lifecycle - from ideation and development to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborating closely with Design and UX Research teams to ensure the creation of an exceptional user experience, aligning with employee needs and expectations.
  • Working collaboratively with various business functions to align product goals with overall business objectives.
What you'll need
  • 5 years of proven experience managing entire products or a family of products, preferably in the HR, Performance, or Recruitment tool domain.
  • Demonstrated success in managing people, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Strong product vision and strategy, with a track record of formulating and driving a focused product vision.
  • High analytical acumen with a strong business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation.
  • Significant experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and B2B products, ideally in related fields such as HR, Performance, Recruitment tools, or productivity tools.
Nice to have
  • STEM degree from a leading university/college.
  • An MBA degree is a plus.
