Working for this Global Leader in Consumer Electronics who are looking for a dynamic leader to setup, manage and lead the pre sales team that support the design and sales of saas to the channel and key end users. You will have proven experience of running large and complex service projects.
Working cloesly with the Key Account Management Team, operators and resellers to provide service consulting and design to ensure that the customers requirments are captured, a service designed and seen through to contract and passed over to the delivery team. You will be positive, motivated and results-driven with excellent service/managed service knowledge and commercial experience. Experience with mobility managed services sales and pre sales in a managed service environment with P & L experience
The role will include presentation and consulting of Managed Services, Service design and scoping together with proposal creation and presentation. You will become a subject matter expert, supporting the sales cycle from initial opportunity to deployment, contract creation and negotiation. You will provide event, channel and Key Account support together with forecasting and pricing. You will be responsible for the build and training and development of sales teams
Working with the internal sales teams to build a plan based on accounts and channels to grow the service business. You will also be responsible for financial reporting and P&L management of managed services, budgeting and cost management
