Head of People - Part-time - SME Media

Handle are working with a unique, scaling media brand to find a Part-Time Head of People to join the team during an exciting period of growth.

The role is very much a blank canvas at the moment - they've organically grown into a business with a lovely people-centric culture, but there is still so much more they want to achieve. There is a particular focus on L&D, creating a clear EVP and talent mapping at this time - but with a lot more space to expand to the needs of the business.

This is a key hire for their growth plans - a great time to join the business!

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with SME creative/media industry experience, who can use their expert knowledge to pull everything together to create a leading people function.
