Head of Performance Marketing - Berlin (hybrid) - Health Tech - up to €120K plus package

The Company and Role

My client is a young company in the health tech space and they are on a high growth path. As a result of this growth, they need to bring in a performance marketing leader to come in and drive growth on a global scale. They have a very dynamic and fast-paced culture, akin to a start-up mentality.

The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid advertising channels. Your expertise in strategy development, campaign execution, data analysis, and team management will contribute to their continued success and growth. You will be expected to work alongside SEO & Content, Ecommerce, Media, and Customer Strategy teams to drive omnichannel success. You will have full autonomy to hire your own team.

This role defines and delivers effective customer-led acquisition marketing plans across all performance channels (primarily Paid Search and Paid Social) and is responsible for the tracking and reporting of integrated media campaigns performance. Key stakeholder management is an important criteria for the successful candidate. It's a great opportunity for a performance marketing leader to own the paid media channels and drive growth on a global scale. Ideally they are looking for someone who speaks German or at least has a willingness to learn German quickly.
