We are supporting a leading catering group operating a successful portfolio of Independent Education Venues within the UK who are seeking a 2 Head of Operations to join the senior team reporting directly into the Operations Director.  
We are interested to talk with professionals who are looking to work within the following areas:
London and East Anglia or Home Counties

This role provides you with the autonomy to lead a large team with a multi million pound turnover.

The role focuses on the commerciality of each site, leading and guiding the Managers and team to operate commercially, customer focused with high presentation and operation standards.

With a varying client population on each site, you will deliver foodservice across multiple food outlets from traditional dining to café/deli and street food. Hospitality and Events are also commonplace.

What are we searching for?

  • You will currently be in a regional operations or operational role within education or contract catering
  • You will be a highly commercial individual with a proven track record of driving costs and delivering cost control.
  • Experience of managing multi million pound revenues
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Multi Site Operations Manager within a high turnover hospitality business.
You must have very strong commercial acumen. You have to love the numbers!
