This Insurance client is looking for a Head of Operations for a 12-month cover.

Lloyd's / London Market Insurance experience is required due to ongoing project work and market initiatives within this space.

Responsiblities and areas covered for this role include:

* Oversight / leadership of the broader Operations team
* Milestone tracking and reporting to COO
* Approvals for team expenses and invoices
* Market engagement
* Audit/Risk/Compliance
* Steerco representation of Ops
* Working with outsource partner
* Stakeholder engagement
* Blueprint 2
* Operational Resilience
* Business Continuity Management
