Head of Operations - Insurance - 12 Month FTC

This Insurance client is looking for a Head of Operations for a 12-month cover.

Lloyd's / London Market Insurance experience is required due to ongoing project work and market initiatives within this space.

Responsiblities and areas covered for this role include:

  • Oversight / leadership of the broader Operations team
  • Milestone tracking and reporting to COO
  • Approvals for team expenses and invoices
  • Market engagement
  • Audit/Risk/Compliance
  • Steerco representation of Ops
  • Working with outsource partner
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Blueprint 2
  • Operational Resilience
  • Business Continuity Management
