As the Head of Neighbourhood Services, you will be working closely with colleagues and key partners to lead, further develop and shape all aspects of our Neighbourhood Services within our Housing and Regeneration directorate. Under your leadership, the Neighbourhood Service will provide the highest quality tenancy and estate management service to the tenants and leaseholders of Milton Keynes. This is a broad, strategic and multi-faceted role that will provide you with outstanding career development as well helping secure Milton Keynes' place at the heart of the country's prosperity. Reporting to the Service Director - Housing and Regeneration, you will:
- Deliver a high quality tenancy and estate management service to tenants and leaseholders of Milton Keynes
- Develop a payment culture and maximise income across the housing and regeneration service
- Act as principle client officer of YourMK, ensuring it delivers effective repairs and maintenance services in line with the Council Plan, Housing Strategy and HRA Business Plan
You will have extensive experience in the delivery of operational housing services and significant experience of leading, developing, motivating and managing teams of staff delivering a variety of services.
This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker and leader, which has the potential to progress to a Director level in the future.
