Exciting Opportunity for a Head of Medical Negligence!

My client, a forward-thinking legal firm, is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Medical Negligence to join their team. With the recent opening of offices in Chester, they are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the establishment of a new department specializing in medical negligence claims. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing workflow systems and procedures, setting the stage for future growth and success.

As the Head of Medical Negligence, the chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative workflow systems and procedures tailored to the firm's case management system. Their expertise will be instrumental in increasing exposure and generating a significant number of enquiries. In anticipation of further departmental development, my client offers a salary structure based on a fee-sharing percentage to recognize and reward the candidate's contributions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a client-focused approach, and excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike. Proficiency in IT, including experience with Microsoft applications, is essential. Moreover, the candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a proactive work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail to drive excellence across all aspects of operations.

In addition to a competitive salary package, my client offers a generous bonus scheme and up to 6 weeks of holiday annually.
