Head Of IT
A great opportunity has arisen with our wonderful client based in Woking who are looking for a Head of IT to join their team.
This role would be responsible for leading the IT team, day-to-day management of the IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of the systems, networks and services. If you have strong leadership skills, a solid technical background and a proven track record in IT operations management.
The role of Head of IT involves:
Develop the implement strategies
Oversee the maintenance of all hardware and software
Establish and maintain IT security protocol
Manage relationships with vendors
Resolving any issues that may arise
Lead and manage the IT Operations team
Day-to-day management of the IT infrastructure
Develop strong partnerships in the IT team
Stay updated with the latest industry trends
Work with business stakeholders
The ideal candidate will:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
Experience in a leadership role managing IT operations
Strong technical background
Strong at managing IT and data security services
Great work ethic and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and work well under pressure
Ability to manage budgets
Certifications within ITIL, PMP, CISSP
