An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the George Eliot team fulfilling the role of Head of Information & Performane.
This is a challenging role, with a high level of complexity as the role requires the postholder to develop, implement and maintain a robust Trustwide performance and information function while supporting the development of the trust Information Strategy and leading on the Data Quality Strategy. We are also planning for a new EPR and introducing a new RTT management system together with the launch of Tableau as our business analysis reporting platform.
The role includes a wide range of responsibilities that ensures the Trust meets national information reporting requirements, commissioner / contractual information reporting requirements, performance against national and commissioner targets, CQC registration requirements, national best practice standards, local targets, objectives and other requirements while supporting the recovery and restoration requirements over the coming months.
The postholder will be a highly experienced specialist in all areas of performance and information while being the trust strategic lead for developing and coordinating all aspects of an effective performance and information management service that monitors performance; provides assurance to the Trust Board of Directors; supports the development of strategic plans for the future and contributes to continued service development and improvement.
