This position is for a Head of HR in the Entertainment industry and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR strategy and operations within the company, providing strategic guidance, strong support to leadership and driving a positive workplace culture.

Description

  • Managing all HR activity for the function, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organisational development/change, employee relations, talent management & succession planning
  • Developing HR strategies in line with business objectives
  • Leading and coaching the HR team to drive best practice and develop knowledge
  • Implement employee programs and incentives (DE&I, Wellbeing)
  • Partner business leaders and managers and high potential colleagues to identify opportunities for growth/development & support retention
  • Leading employee relations, performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Creating a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Reporting to senior management on HR metrics and continuously reviewing the effectiveness of current processes, implementing changes and improvements
  • Driving the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on engagement and improving capability

Profile

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with a corporate background
  • Comprehensive knowledge of leading the HR strategy and creating a positive work culture/environment
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across the business
  • Strong employment law knowledge
