Our client is seeking a dynamic and committed Head of Growth and Retention to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop, implement, and improve both growth and retention strategies for the company. The successful candidate will have significant experience in operational roles with a focus on retention, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. This role requires a confident individual who can manage large volumes of retention successes and identify insights for future client growth. Based in Manchester City Centre, this position offers a competitive salary of up to £50k depending on experience.

What you'll do:
As the Head of Growth and Retention, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving both growth and retention strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance operational growth. Your role will involve managing large volumes of retention successes, identifying insights that can help develop future client growth. You will also lead a team of Client Experience Account Managers and Retention Specialists with a focus on retaining more of our existing client base.

* Manage the core metrics linked to client retention and cancellation requests
* Identify recurring trends such as non-usage cancellation requests
* Conduct regular individual and team reviews, identifying training needs and ensuring subsequent training is undertaken
* Monitor and review client retention reasons to escalate areas for improvement
* Produce regular reports and dashboards for the Operations Director and Senior Leadership teams on overall retention performance
