We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Head of Global Payroll Transformation to spearhead our prestigious firm’s global payroll operations. This pivotal role is perfect for a payroll expert who is passionate about delivering exceptional payroll services and eager to tackle a global transformation project.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Define and execute the global payroll strategy, ensuring alignment with the business’s objectives and values.
• Manage daily payroll activities across various countries, guaranteeing high-quality service delivery within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by utilising best practices, technology, and automation.
• Lead compliance and risk management within payroll operations, maintaining adherence to local regulations and tax laws.
• Oversee the digital transformation of the global payroll process, including system development and implementation.
• Cultivate and mentor a robust global payroll team, promoting a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
• Establish and sustain effective partnerships with third-party payroll providers to secure optimal performance and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Payroll Professional (CIPP) designation is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record managing large-scale payroll operations in a global organisation.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
