Head of FP&A - Professional Services

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a globally renowned law firm. Their core mission is to empower clients by providing access to a seamlessly integrated firm with a diverse array of services, all delivered by the best commercial experts.

What you’ll be doing:

In this newly created role, the Head of FP&A will play an integral part in ensuring that the link between cross functional MI and financial reporting is enhanced and continuously improved.

This represents a rare opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the transformation of a finance function whilst driving business performance within a successful, high growth firm.

What we need you to bring to the business:

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Extensive commercial experience from within a fast moving, global organisation. Previous Professional Services sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrable track record of FP&A, commercial finance, transformation, process improvement, mentoring & coaching
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient with finance systems - OneStream, Board, Anaplan, Power BI or similar
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to forge strong working relationships and influence senior stakeholders
