We are current recruiting for a Non-For-Profit organisation that would like to bring in a Head of Finance into their Loughborough based head office to manage an experienced team of Finance Assistants. This role is permanent from day one and reports directly into the FD. 

So what would your responsibilities be? 

• Financial management
• Preparing budgets & forecasts
• Monitoring cashflow and communicating with the relevant stakeholders
• Managing a team of 4
• Regulatory reporting
• Advising the board of trustees
• Preparation of statutory reports & annual audits

But what experience and qualifications do you need? 

• Relevant accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Prior experience in preparing, monitoring & reporting budgets & finance management accounts preferably within Charity/NFP is highly desirable
• Prior experience managing an experienced finance team
