Head of Finance - Temporary to Permanent
I am working with a multi-faceted and growing organisation in their search to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Head of Finance.
Based in London on a hybrid basis, my client is offering a Temporary to Permanent opportunity for an experience Head of Finance to lead their finance team during this exciting period of growth.
The main responsibilities include:
- Ownership of delivering the annual budget, working with senior stakeholders to challenge data and ensure a robust budget is delivered.
- Crucially, oversee the cash management of the organisation, including forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Take responsibility of ensuring the various services are operating in-line with agreed budgets, challenging, and supporting budget holders to provide clear analysis to support decision making.
- Lead the operations of day-to-day finance, including the development of the finance team to provide continuous improvement.
- Lead the production of annual accounts and ensure a smooth and successful audit.
The successful candidate will be:
- A chartered accountant.
- Proven track record of leading the finance function of a medium sized organisation.
- Able to manage and drive team performance.
