Salary: Up to £100,000

Location: East Midlands (Hybrid Working)

I’m looking to speak with individuals who are comfortable leading the implementation of new Salesforce functionality. You will be able to perform the role of a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert and provide technical leadership for your team. You must be experienced with CPQ software within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical change for Salesforce
• Ensure effective and efficient operations through technical leadership of your team
• Oversee technical and non-technical teams across multi-disciplines
• Implement best practices for Salesforce around security, integrations and data management
• Translate business and technical requirements into Salesforce capabilities and solutions
• Utilise the full capability of salesforce.com platform through enterprise-grade architecture
• Implement a CI/CD strategy
• Manage enhancement and upgrades of a technology roadmap to prioritise change

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong leadership skills with a willingness to still get hands on rather than delegate tasks
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with people of all technical capabilities
• Ability to manage various tasks at any one time
• Analytical thinker who is capable of remaining calm under pressure
