Head of Development & Architecture
£85,000 - £90,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Nottingham - Hybrid 3/4 Days a week

Our client is a small software house looking to bring a Head of Development and Architecture to join their team and represent technology within the business. You'll have the opportunity to bridge the gap between engineering and the business alongside growing the technology presence.

You'll be used to working in a hybrid role, having experience in architectural leadership and development management. You'll need to have proven experience in delivering successful projects accounting for efficiency and security. You'll have experience leading teams in a hands-on manner.

We're looking for candidates who are comfortable with the below,

  • Background in Software Development or Saas
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Strong Knowledge of Cybersecurity Principles
