Senior Residential Conveyancer/Head of Conveyancing - Norwich.

Planned progression up to head of Conveyancing over a relatively short space of time.

Expanding and growing firm with very ambitious plans for the future.

This firm is within one of the largest conveyancing teams in East Anglia. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and continue to grow. The partners have exciting plans for the future in terms of where they are looking to take the firm and they are looking to bring on board someone at a senior level to assist with these plans.

The successful candidate will be able to handle the broad range of residential property matters and be the point of contact for other members of the team for advice on the more technical or complex files Experience and ability of working in a fast paced conveyancing team will be required.

It is envisaged that over a relatively short space of time you will progress to become the firms head of conveyancing as the current managing partner hopes to be able to focus on the running of the business and overseeing the expansion of the firm. Therefore this role truly offers great progression prospects.

Due to the nature of the position it is essential that you are an experienced conveyancer who is technically strong and has the experience to communicate often complex legal matters to clients in a clear and straightforward way.

It would be desirable if you have experience of managing a team (but not essential)

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience and this is regularly reviewed in a fair way by the firm who aim to encourage and reward the progression of their staff. So as you develop in your role your salary will increase accordingly but the firm will pay a highly competitive salary for the right candidate.
