Head of Customer Operations - Asset Recovery
Salary on application.
A new position within the organisation - to lead and develop the Customer Support Services function which consists of the Asset Management, Legal Services and Recovery teams. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of your departments, driving ongoing enhancements to policies, procedures, and developing strong teams through consistent development and performance management. You will ensure that best practise is at the heart of your teams, and current legislation is always at the forefront of what you do.
You will be an inspirational and innovative leader, with in depth experience in developing strategy within a collections / asset recovery organisation. You will be a driven people manager - who coaches and develops high performing customer facing teams and develops new and innovative ways of working with both business objectives and the customer in mind. You will need to have experience in asset recovery within an FCA / regulated environment; experience within legal services is ideal but not required.
