Opportunity to work at this highly regarded North West law firm who are seeking a senior conveyancing Solicitor to lead a small but strong department. There will also be scope to move into a Partnership role, in the not too distant future.

The practice is a full service law firm which has offices across the Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire regions and is renowned for offering the complete range of legal services to both individuals and commercial clients.

As this is a Head of Department role you have experience of managing a team or department and be comfortable being a senior figure with control over most aspects of the team. There will be the opportunity to work with the management board to help grow and expand the department, in both revenue & head count. 

This role provides a large amount of direct client contact with a loyal client base but at the same time affords the security of panel instructions. Ideally you will have a strong background and be comfortable meeting with clients on a face to face basis, as well as being able to generate new business by working with the local community. There will be plenty of opportunities to grow the department by undertaking a variety of business development initiatives. 

As this is a management role salary will be in the realms of £50,000 - £60,000+ with an added bonus attached. This firm do promote a healthy work/life balance and can offer hybrid working.
