The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, delivering specialised legal services across diverse areas to businesses and individuals.

The Role:

As a Head of Commercial Property, you will be leading the commercial property department, handling diverse property work, and supervising team members.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong client relationships, offer strategic advice, and ensure service excellence.
• Drive team growth by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to marketing.
• Utilise expertise in commercial property law for complex transactions.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer or in a similar role.
• Qualified solicitor with relevant PQE.
• Previous experience in commercial property law.
• Background in managing complex commercial property transactions, covering acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team.
