Head of Building Surveying

A well-established independent firm of Chartered Surveyors are seeking a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to head up their Building Surveying department. The company is well-known within the Manchester market for offering a quality service to a range of commercial clients. They already assist on dilapidation claims on behalf of clients and they are seeking an ambitious individual to help grow their service offering to clients and work from a blank slate. In return, the company can offer an attractive package including a very generous bonus scheme whilst you grow their offering, along with route to become partner further down the line.

About the Role?

You will need to be MRICS qualified and be entrepreneurial in your outlook. The business is based in central Manchester are work with clients across the North West. Currently they pass over a lot of surveying & project work to other businesses within the region, and the person who currently undertakes dilapidations claims is a general practice surveyor by background. The Partners believe with the right individual, and support and contracts through the business, the position can develop into a Partner level position within 3 years, depending on fee-income.

The business has worked across Residential & Commercial, assisting both on projects and professional work, so this is a fantastic opportunity to make the position your own. The position is suitable for a hungry, ambitious individual who is keen on becoming a Partner within a top practice, who are realistic in their outlook and will support you every step of the way.
