We have a very exciting and rewarding role for an experienced Housekeeper to join this well-established, luxury-serviced apartments in Cambridge as a Head Housekeeper.

This is a hands-on role where you will also be supervising a team of Housekeepers, therefore this role would suit a well-organised, passionate about quality with a keen eye for detail person.

As the Head Housekeeper, you will be:
  • Implement work schedules and assign tasks to the team
  • Supervise Housekeepers with all Health & Safety requirements
  • Monitor Housekeeping and other duties
  • Ensure compliance with policies
  • Maintain all staff cleaning kits and equipment
  • Ensure all cleaning carried out within the required procedure
  • Arrange appropriate welcome packs in each apartment
  • Report any maintenance issues
As the Head housekeeper, you will have:
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own and the teams time to ensure deadlines are met
  • Team Management experience
  • A driving licence
