Antony James are looking to recruit a Head housekeeper. To lead, manage, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure the hotel achieves an industry-leading standard in hotel service provision. The hotel is looking for an experienced hotel housekeeper looking to take a step or someone who has previously held the position to come in immediately to take the team forward.

Salary: £33,000

40-hour-a week contract (5/7, including Weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the housekeeping rota
  • Managing the housekeeping team 15 to 20 staff and developing them further
  • Cleaning Rooms
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Ensuring the team keep to the standard set by the hotel

About you:

  • Previous experience in hotel or Hospitality housekeeping
  • Previous experience in a management or Supervisory positions
  • A driver as the Hotel isn't on a local public transport route
