Head for Innovation & Strategy - up to £65,000

A Non-Ministerial Department based in London is looking to recruit a Permanent Head for Innovation & Strategy.

This is a new role responsible for leading strategic thinking and innovation and for their customers, products, and services.

The role will focus on assuming greater control and responsibility for the design and management of the organisation’s future propositions, features, and customer experience, whilst working in partnership with the Retail services senior leadership team.

They are looking for a seasoned leadership candidate with experience of working within innovation, strategy, or digital environments.

The salary is up to £65,000 with generous benefits including an outstanding Civil Service pension with an average employer contribution of 27% and operate a hybrid working pattern.
