Tonic is searching for a Head Chef to help oversee the brigade in our client's fresh-food, independent kitchen, servicing the members of an exclusive leisure club. The business is looking for a Head Chef who wants to push the standards, drive sales and use their experience to improve all business areas.

What are we looking for from the successful Head Chef?

  • You must have experience in quality, fresh food, fast-paced environment, cooking to volume
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef is desirable but not essential - you could be a sous looking to step up
  • Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career, candidates must see the long-term opportunity working in this business
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients & food trends
