Our client, an award-winning travel management company, is seeking a detail-oriented Groups and Flights Travel Consultant to join their team. With over 30 years of experience, our client has grown into a multi-office, multimillion-pound business specializing in business travel, events, leisure travel, and Trade Missions arrangements.

Groups & Flights Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?

• You'll handle travel arrangements for Trade Missions delegations and assist with group air-only travel. Key responsibilities include:
• Booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation using Amadeus GDS.
• Negotiating favourable terms for group bookings.
• Managing venues and networking events.
• Compiling customised travel itineraries and quotations.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Groups & Flights Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?

• We're looking for candidates with:
• 2+ years of travel industry experience. Minimum 1 year of Amadeus GDS experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility and attention to detail.

Groups & Flights Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?

This is an office based role for the first 6 months - minimum 4 days a week but can then be hybrid Competitive salary and comprehensive training. Convenient office location near public transport.
