They are looking to recruit a Group Risk & Healthcare Associate to provide healthcare and group risk benefit expertise to corporate clients and to do so in accordance with the company’s procedures. The Group Risk & Healthcare Associate will assume responsibilities towards the delivery of employee benefit consulting services to UK clients. You will also be required to provide consulting support and administer health and risk benefits and assist in the development of new business in the areas of healthcare and group risk benefit consulting. However, the role will also encompass wider healthcare consulting including absence management and the broader spectrum of employee health and wellbeing. The role would suit someone who has some consulting experience and wishes to develop these skills further through the administration of complex schemes and exposure to diverse clients to develop their consulting abilities.
