Group Financial Controller

£60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Kenilworth, Warwickshire

Want to be the number 1 within finance? 

Then this is the role for you, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a growing SME service & supply business based in Warwickshire. The group currently trades in both the UK & Ireland and the Financial Controller would be responsible for this overall group. This role is the number one finance position in the business reporting directly into the managing director.

So what would your responsibilities be? 

  • Reporting to the senior management team
  • Preparing monthly management accounts
  • Management of all company ledgers
  • VAT returns & monthly Intrastat
  • Preparing cashflow reports
  • Cash management & Company FOREX
  • Management of a small experience finance team

But what experience & qualifications do you need? 

  • Relevant accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
  • A great technical accounting background
  • Experience managing audit is desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Strong excel skills and experience with SAGE is highly desirable.
