JMF Associates are currently recruiting for Group Financial Controller to work for a well established and reputable company based in South West London.

You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations within the business and will be working closely with the senior leadership team in a fast paced environment developing and driving the finance team forward. This role is office based where you will be required to go to the office Monday - Friday.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for Leading and managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls ensuring all compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to executive leadership and department heads to support decision-making and drive business performance
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and assessments
  • Mentor and develop finance team members
  • Manage and produce Month end reports

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
  • Be able to present at board level
  • An expert in consolidating financial statements
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
