Group Action Litigation Lawyer NQ

Your new firm
Our Top-Ranking client is currently looking for a talented Personal Injury or Product Liability lawyer to join their innovative and ambitious Claims Group in Cardiff. This group represents clients who have suffered serious injury from a range of different causes.

Your new role
In your brand-new role, you will be working in a busy claimant litigation team and will be assisting senior lawyers within the group in running a group action and seek to secure compensation for the clients. You will have a range of responsibilities including direct client contact, taking the clients' instructions, and drafting witness statements. You will take part in dealing with medical experts relevant to the case, along with obtaining and reviewing medical records and preparing evidence bundles. There is scope to work on other product liability cases and develop your own caseload.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will either be a recently qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive, or similarly experienced legal professional. With a working knowledge of CPR and excellent attention to detail, you will ideally have experience in group claims and/or personal injury law. For this role, you will need to be a highly ambitious and self-motivated individual who works well in a team.
