Randstad is currently looking for a Site Manager to work with a well established Groundworks Contractor on a long term scheme in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the construction site, including safety, quality, and progress monitoring.
  • Coordinate and with the main contractor, ensuring their adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Plan, organise, and manage resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers on site.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.

Qualifications

  • CSCS Black Card
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
