We are currently hiring for a couple of grounds maintenance operatives for our large client in Bideford. This role is due to start in April until September 2024. The purpose of this role is to undertake a wide range of horticulture and grounds maintenance duties.

Job Description: -

  • Carry out all aspects of amenity horticulture throughout all parks and green open spaces.
  • Weeding, grass cutting, clearing of litter and ensuring areas are clean and tidy.
  • To act on own initiative and work unsupervised at times.

Candidate: -

  • Proven experience in general amenity horticulture.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • Ability to carry out aspects of landscaping.
  • Essential to have a drivers license.
  • Own PPE essential - work safety boots, hi-vis & gloves.

Shift Time: -

  • Monday to Friday 07:00am until 15:00pm
  • 37 hrs a week.
