Ground handling equipment fitter / technician

NEW VACANCY - Workshop technician urgently required for airside company who have the contracts for the repairs and maintenance of airside ground handling equipment.

The role will mainly be workshop based carrying out the repairs and maintenance. Training will be given if you have atleast worked in a mechanical role previously.

You will also from time to time be hands carrying our repairs and servicing on ground handling / airport equipment, such as baggage trolley, tows, aircraft tugs and baggage equipment. This would suit someone who has mechanical experience or someone who has worked in a similar role. You will be checking the equipment, fault finding and servicing the equipment. Training will be given on the equipment.

Hours are Monday - Friday 7.30am - 16.00pm plus overtime available
