We are searching for a process focused and motivated Grid Connections Co-Ordinator to join a leading renewable energy organisation in Cornwall.

You will play a pivotal role within the Planning Team and deal with the submission of grid applications for Solar PV, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems.

Job: Grid Connections Co-Ordinator

Location: Cornwall

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 Per Annum

Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am-5pm / Permanent

Grid Connections Co-Ordinator Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit grid applications for renewable energy systems
  • Monitor the progress of grid applications and coordinator associated deadlines
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, DNO's and relevant bodies
  • Use of CAD software to generate plans for grid applications

Grid Connections Co-Ordinator Requirements:

  • Demonstrates a methodical, precise and process-driven approach - Essential
  • Possesses outstanding communication and organisational skills - Essential
  • Proficient using Excel - Essential
  • Prior experience in grid connections or applications - Desired
  • Knowledge and experience in the renewable energy sector - Desired
  • Familiarity with using Google Earth - Desired
