Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Banbury
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 DOE

Our client is a much-loved company based in Banbury. A genuine Oxfordshire success story, this family run organisation is highly respected and a market leader in their industry. As an internationally loved brand who offer classic and timeless ranges they are an employer of choice for many candidates and are now looking to add a Graphic Designer to their expanding team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for delivering artwork for cross channel marketing purposes including online, brochures, POS and advertising
  • Work on multiple projects from cradle to grave
  • Create clear typography graphics to be used online, in store and for merchandising purposes
  • Take responsibility for image editing, to include retouching, and graphics layouts
  • Create clear and concise product visuals for use in digital catalogues
  • Maintain and update image libraries in line with company standards
  • Ensure designs are delivered on time and within budget
  • Create product and lifestyle imagery for use in brochures, web campaigns and social media.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • You must possess an excellent understanding of artwork, print, production and finishing processes
  • A strong passion for illustrating
  • Proven experience working on retail campaigns ideally aimed at female consumers
  • Advanced design skills using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Strong portfolio that clearly identifies different brands and their core values
  • An in depth understanding of retail communications
  • Role related degree
