Position: Trainee Sales Executive (3-9 months to promotion to full Sales Executive)

The role consists of making your own outbound calls to generate sales-ready appointments for the sales team. You will begin your journey in this role, where you will be provided with constant support, training and coaching to develop your sales skills, with an aim to quickly promote into a Sales Executive role. Experience making outbound sales calls or working in a telesales/marketing role is desirable, but not essential as world-class sales skills training is provided.
+ Booking qualified appointments for Senior Sales Executives.
+ Speaking to senior managers and directors in a variety of organisations & ensuring each appointment is well qualified and an opportunity for the sales team.
+ Weekly 121 and goal setting sessions with your Team Leader.
+ Being responsible for your own performance by monitoring your own KPI's and targets and seeking training/coaching accordingly.
+ Passion and drive for sales - desire to be the best.
+ Strong communication and time management skills.
+ Strong initiative to better self by seeking sources for own development.
+ Ability to instantly connect and build rapport with potential clients.

+ Experience in Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
