Graduate Trainee - Sales & Business

A growing distribution business is looking for a money-motivated Graduate Sales & Business Trainee to join their successful team in South Bristol. You'll be building strong relationships with B2B customers, maximising the profitability of customer accounts and proactively developing new business.

You'll be joining a technical sales and distribution company of all major branded HVAC control products, electrical control and panel building products and energy control solutions. The business is busy, profitable and holds a strong position in their market. They are part of an impressive £1 billion UK group of distribution companies that already employ over 2,000 people across the UK and offer excellent career development and progression opportunities.

In this Graduate Sales & Business Trainee role, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing B2B customer relationships
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Hitting targets through pro-active telephone sales
• Converting leads and quotes into firm orders
• Working closely with the external sales team to follow up on sales leads
• Account management
• Cementing the company's status as the supplier of choice
