  • Develop and execute solutions for clients, working closely with leading legal barristers/QCs.
  • Organise and maintain indexes and files, produce topic guides, take notes on client calls, and update client risk prospectuses.
  • Ensure final policies match quoted versions through thorough document checks.

Graduate Trainee Contract Analyst Requirements:

  • A quick learner, able to absorb new information and challenge ideas
  • High-level communication skills to convey complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • A collaborative approach to engaging across the broader team.
  • The ability to own a problem from formulation to conclusion, driving progression and agreement at each stage.
  • The desire to learn and continuously develop expertise.

Benefits

  • Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5:30pm with a “go home on time” culture encouraged.
  • Competitive starting salary and generous annual bonuses (up to 20% of salary).
  • Comprehensive training program to support career development.
  • Genuine progression and career pathways structure within an ambitious and growing business.
  • 25 days of annual leave and share scheme options.

Join a company that values doing the right thing, challenging the status quo, maintaining technical excellence, being a true partner, and focusing on growth and influence.
